The candidacy of Clifford William is one man's attempt to combat the unlawful monopoly of the Texas State Bar and to expose the conspiracy that led to the unlawful licensure requirements associated with the practice of law and the holding of judicial offices. It is also about protecting the right of consumers to seek the counsel of their choice and to seek education in the schools of their choice. Pastor and Counselor Dr. Clifford William of Houston, Texas is running for Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court in the next elections to take place mid November, 2002'.
This is an elected position that any Citizen of Texas should be capable of running for. However, certain members of the the Texas Legislature that are no doubt members of the Bar, in conspiracy with the State Bar of Texas, have passed laws that are in conflict with the Texas Constitution that left unchecked, effectively prevent what all of the State Constitutions in this country have always allowed, the right for a common Citizen to run for public office if they so desire. The Texas Legislature says NO. You must be a member of our monopoly we've created, before you can run for public office. This case has been fought through the lower courts all all appeals have been exhausted. The next step is the United States Supreme Court and we need the help of all liberty loving Citizens to break free from this tyranny!
This message needs to be talked about in your local Churches because you will
NOT hear about it on TV or in your newspapers. Because our Pastor is
willing to stick his neck out to try to stop these evil acts of ungodly men, our
Church is now under attack. I ask all Christian men and women that have
sent your sons and daughters to war in the past; what did you send them off to
fight for? Wasn't it to protect your Constitution, your rights and your
way of life? We call ourselves a Christian nation and then we turn around
and elect ungodly men to public office in all three branches of our State and
Federal government as legislators, judges, prosecutors, etc., most of which are LAWYERS and
of them, almost entirely ALL members of the Bar, when our Bible clearly teaches us to
choose the most "learned" and most righteous among us to be our
leaders. Why aren't we promoting these people to such positions of
leadership from OUR OWN CHURCHES???
If there is any group of people that fit the description of "Domestic
Enemy", the State Bar of Texas specifically and all the State Bar
Associations in the United States collectively, fit this description when they conspire to
subvert the
most basic unalienable rights for any Citizen of this country to run for public
office unless that Citizen becomes a member of their 'Club'! The State Bar
of Texas has conspired along with the members of the Texas Legislature (a
majority of which are State Bar members) to deny the right for any and all
Citizens of Texas to run for office, unless you become a member of the Bar. This is
one of many unlawful actions detailed in the following court documents on this
site and can easily be construed as an act of Treason!
Along with their 'required' membership in the State Bar, they've created a unlawful monopoly to control all three branches of government whereby they can maintain the cover-up of their crimes out of sight from the Citizens of this country they claim to serve. There's literally billions of dollars at stake here and the control they presently enjoy over the people of this country. They won't just walk away... no more than the British walked away when the Revolutionary war started. If you want to put it in a better perspective, just imagine all the judges, prosecutors, legislators, and other members of the Bar including the lawyer you may hire to represent you in court, all wearing the same Red Coats the British were wearing. In fact, you might recall that that's where the "Bar" originated from! Those that have taken an oath... will you be true to your oath to protect us from people who try to subvert our Constitution, and take whatever means necessary to stop this evil and purge it from our land?
If you're true to your oath, then join us in this fight wherever it may lead, because there are many of us already in this battle, and so far it appears that many Citizens of this country have little interest in fighting such evils or recognizing truth when they see it. Most people want to think that things aren't that bad, until of course, they're put in position of fighting for their rights or their property and they lose everything they have. They come out fighting mad, but at that point, they don't have any resources left with which to fight with.
We need
Christian men and women, willing to fight like our forefathers, who fought a battle they
assumed maybe they had no real chance of winning against a power they felt was
much larger and better equipped for battle. After they opened their eyes and
recognized the evils perpetrated against them they gave their lives to the cause
hoping and praying that God himself would be on their side and win the battle
for them. Our fathers prayed for God's help and received it, and we've
been praying that our countrymen of today will take the same call to recognize
this evil among us and take whatever action is necessary to repel it. If
you've taken an oath, we
expect you to and make good on it and help us in our time of
need.
Clifford F. William, J.D., who has fought many years for our liberty, is presently under heavy assault
by the State Bar of Texas, the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, Chief Justice Thomas R. Phillips, the Supreme Court of Texas, the Texas Secretary of
State and the State Board of Higher Education. Dr. William is presently engaged in legal battles,
in (State) District Court of Harris County, (State) District Court of Travis County, the Administrative Board of the State Board of Higher Education and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Remember, these politicians and government officials, who are perpetrating continuing assaults on our Constitutionally secured liberty, have
unlimited funds from your taxpayer money and usurped power at their disposal, and are putting forth great effort, sparing no expense to destroy Dr. William.
As a result of these fierce assaults against him, Dr. William is in desperate need of support (moral and financial) from ALL liberty loving Americans.
A Criminal RICO action (Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations) has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division against all of the above and is now poised to go to the United States Supreme Court! If Dr. William wins these battles, WE ALL WIN - and if he loses, WE ALL LOSE. WE MUST ALL COME TOGETHER IN THIS BATTLE. UNITED WE STAND - DIVIDED WE FALL

As many of you can guess, legal battles are very expensive and this fight has spawned lawsuits against Dr. William from many different government agencies. Because of the unlawful injunction filed against Dr. William in the District Court of Harris County Texas, 270th Judicial District by Judge Brent Gamble, Dr. William has been unable to earn income in his chosen profession as Counselor of Law. Because of the many motions and responses that must be filed in a timely manner, and the new attacks leveled against Dr. William on a regular basis, Dr. William has little time to do anything else to earn a living at this point in time.
His entire life for the last 9 months has been consumed fighting this battle for our rights and the First Century Christian Church, with its handful of members, have stepped up to the plate to assist him along with others who understand what will be lost should he lose his court battle and his bid for Chief Justice of the Texas State Supreme Court. Because of current campaign laws and the fact that donations to the court battle need to remain separate from donations to his campaign, I refrain from posting a direct link to his campaign site, however, anyone can use the search engines on the internet such as google.com , altvista.com , or any other and search the terms "clifford william chief justice texas" to find it.
We need your prayers, and Dr. William also has a great financial need that only the
Citizens at large can fulfill. Due to current ongoing legal battles, Dr. William would

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. The Constitution for the united States is the safeguard of our liberties. Its enforcement is every American's business. If you are not concerned about the extent to which the Constitution is being ignored, you should be. The "federal" system of government establishes a dual sovereignty which creates a tension between the powers of the States and the powers of the national government. That tension serves to limit government and effects your liberty. With bribery and extortion, the States have been cajoled and compelled to relinquish much of their power. Your liberty is the worse for it.
National, state, and local governments have been restricting your Constitutionally protected liberties almost since the birth of our country. The Sedition Act passed in 1798 represents part of the early tradition of restricting liberty. More recently, the income tax and the Federal Reserve Act have worked to redistribute wealth and repudiate the Constitution's provisions for sound money. A vast array of national agencies have been established to interfere with individual liberty in an array of areas from property rights to privacy, from the right to keep and bear arms to the rights of the accused. Socialist policies for redistributing wealth and putting Americans on the national payroll have also endangered our liberties. Recently, Congress passed a law requiring that State-issued identification such as drivers licenses include the Social Security Number and digitized information on fingerprints and other identifying information. Your freedom is never a sufficient price for security, and it is always the most dangerous cost of supposed tranquility.
Wake Up America is a Christian group of men and women dedicated to preserving the united States Constitution and liberty of De Jure citizens and differences between the De Jure and De Facto Citizenship. We are patriots in the sense of our allegiance to the Constitution and to the liberty for which it stands. Among our effective actions, we started a law school, we formed our own church, and we actively fight unalienable rights cases in state or federal court on a regular basis including the Barbara Martin case that went before the United States Supreme Court on the issue of sovereign citizenship in 1998', and more recently the Jack Jolly case.
Clifford William is not licensed to practice law in this or any other state. Clifford William is not a member of the Texas State Bar or any other state bar association. Clifford William did not graduate from an American Bar Association accredited law school. The First Century Christian College of Law is not accredited by the American Bar Association, the Texas Board of Higher Education or any organization recognized by the ruling elite, but is nevertheless properly accredited by the Church.
The First Century Christian is not and never will be an incorporated Church, hold 501c3 tax exemption status, or join with the State or seek the States "protection" in any manner as the large majority of other churches across the land have done. They've allowed themselves to be controlled by their State legislatures by incorporating or seeking 501c3 status being two of the most common type of legal entities that Churches entangle themselves with. Though they'll always try to justify their actions and argue the point, not only is this against God's word it is totally unnecessary no matter how large the Church or how much property, buildings, or holdings the Church owns.
