What is the State Bar of Texas hiding?
Here are actual scanned images of the State Bar's Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee! These were obtained through freedom of information act requests in relation to the RICO action that has been filed against them. Notice that they are using the Supreme Court of Texas letterhead!! If we have separation of powers, why is the Supreme Court discussing what legislation needs to be passed? AND, what is so secret that they need to black out the discussion? It's high time to get these hooligans out of the State of Texas Legislature and the Executive and Judicial branches also!!
